After we have reviewed your application, we will contact you promptly and invite you to an initial Get-To-Know synthavo. The appointment will take place via Microsoft Teams and we will introduce you to our company, our mission and your potential job. On the other hand, we would like to get to know you and learn more about your personality and motivation.

In the second round, we invite you to an exchange with the Hiring Manager in which we focus on your skills and abilities. We will also give you a detailed insight into the position, our day-to-day business, what projects and tasks are currently on the agenda and what a typical working day might look like.

We will send you a one-pager for the case interview, which you can use to prepare yourself ideally for the case interview. 

The case interview will last approx. 1.5 hours and will also take place with the hiring manager and another internal interview member. 

Finally, we would like to give us the opportunity to get to know each other personally in Stuttgart. 

You will get to know the Founder Team and the synthavo crew personally and we will have the opportunity to discuss any important questions you may have. 

The last step is to say welcome to synthavo! After everything contractually fits for both sides, you get to know our team and your workplace. Let's rock!
