  • Start Your Journey

After we have reviewed your application, we will contact you promptly and invite you to an initial Get-To-Know synthavo. The appointment will take place via Microsoft Teams and we will introduce you to our company, our mission and your potential job. On the other hand, we would like to get to know you and learn more about your personality and motivation.

In the second round, we invite you to an exchange in which we focus on your competencies and skills. In addition, we will give you a detailed insight into the position, our daily business, which projects and tasks are currently pending and what a typical working day might look like.

In this final round you will get to know our four founders. Over coffee or a beer after work, you will have the opportunity to clarify open points and ask questions.

The last step is to say welcome to synthavo! After everything contractually fits for both sides, you get to know our team and your workplace. Let's rock!
